ABSTRACT:
In this presentation, we will talk about some new thin film solar cells materials and configurations. The active layer can be extremely thin or ultra thin, we'll explore this tiny but important difference. The active layer is becoming becomes smaller due to the use of different materials. We'll also explain how to make an ultra thin film solar cell and comment on the prospects of an ultra thin film solar cell. We'll also show some results from our second batch of ultra thin absorber solar cells.
