Use this form to suspend your program/scholarship for a period. Medical leave must be supported by the original medical certificate.
CECS application for recreational leave
Use this form to apply to for recreational leave. You have 20 days per year.
CECS travel form
Use this form to apply for any conference/internship travel. Travel forms no longer need to be accompanied by an additional absence request form. If you are unfamiliar with the travel process, please contact your school administrator before completing the form.
